Nigeria Records 17 Coronavirus Deaths In 24 Hours

Nigeria, on Saturday, recorded seventeen Coronavirus deaths in a single day.

According to the data released by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, with 17 fatalities reported on Saturday, the total number of deaths in the country now stands at 85.

As of Saturday, Nigeria has 2388 confirmed cases.

NCDC on Saturday tweeted: “220 new cases of #COVID19;

“2388 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria, Discharged: 385, deaths 85.”

Meanwhile, as of May 1, 2020, 239,345 persons have died from the disease globally.
